Prior to joining MTD, Robin followed various levels of analytical chemistry studies and gained industry experience across a range of scientific sectors, including research laboratories, production and quality laboratories, various independent commodity inspection, survey, laboratory analysis and certification service companies concerning oil, gas and chemicals.
Since joining MTD in 2017, Robin has been involved in the investigation of cargo disputes and claims for a wide range of clients involving and including petroleum and petrochemical products, edible and non-edible specialty chemicals and bulk solid materials. He has also attended worldwide on terminals, refineries, production plants and testing laboratories.
Robin sits on as a member of the Dutch NEN normalisation committee 310028 for “Liquid and gaseous fuels, lubricants and related products”.
