Flemming Mouridsen has a Bachelor’s degree in Maritime transportation and ship management from the Svendborg International Maritime Academy in Denmark. Additionally, he has dual certification of competence as watchkeeping engineer and chief officer. Prior to joining MTD, Flemming gained industry experience working across a wide range of disciplines, with 8 years of seagoing experience and 5 years’ experience on the shore side including time spent as a cargo inspector in Europe and head of operations at a major international inspection company in the Middle East.
Since joining MTD in 2018, Flemming has been involved in the investigation of numerous cargo quantity and quality disputes and claims for a wide range of clients involving a variety of petroleum products, petrochemicals, edible and non-edible oils and fats and biofuels.
